Even the Sandy-Bridge motherboards supported 16GB. Not to sound like a jackass, just stating what everyone else knows already. This is because Intel designed the Ivy-Bridge motherboard that way. Check with Apple support if it supports 16GB and if it does, then out of the three go with option 'B' (Corsair Vengeance). P.S - There are sites reporting that max is 16GB (like Crucial) but apple specs say other wise. Try numerous sites like, , newegg, bestbuy etc and go with the best available for you. The max you can upgrade is upto 8GB using two 4GB modules - Click here for official specifications!! You can go with 1600MHz as it is the default speed memory which your macbook comes with. Your Macbook does not support upto 16GB, so all the three options are not compatible.
