The LiteIDE structure resembles that of C++ and it was developed by the Golang as the backbone. LiteIDE is a simple, open-source and a cross-platform Go IDE available for MacOSX 10.6 or higher(64 bit), Windows, Linux, FreeBSD 9.2 or higher, OpenBSD 5.6 or higher (64 bit).

I think you are now eager to know which IDE I have fallen in love with! Wait a minute! I know you are running out of patience but I am also spoilt for choice!įinally LiteIDE it is! But IntelliJIDEA is not a bad idea either! Anyway, based on many parameters at hand, and the fact that LiteIDEA was developed for Go, IntelliJ IDEA has the best support for Go through plugins.Ĭonfusing! But still, I will go with LiteIDE.
